Dear humans,
Before I share with you a few lovely readings, I want to remind you that I’m offering 33% off paid subscriptions to this newsletter through the end of the day today! That means you get a full year of this newsletter for just $30. Offer ends at midnight.
When looking at the readings from this month, I can’t help but reminiscence on what a gift it is to be able to do this work at all. The work of teaching yoga, that is.
A yoga class can be so much more powerful than we may realize. It’s a place to explore the body, mind, and spirit, yes, but it’s also a place where we work with and around what it means to be human: on the mat we work through grief, we feel boundless joy, we cry and laugh, and sometimes we feel pieces click together.
This month was filled with highs and lows. Intense emotions. Some darkness. So much light. The yoga class was a place to remind myself that there’s always beauty, even in a world that feels hard.
These readings remind me of the journey I’ve walked with my students this month.
I hope you enjoy them.
Sending love,
Izzy
