Dear humans,
I have found so many beautiful readings this month that I’m going to share with you today.
When I look at these poems, they feel like a homecoming. They feel like they are wrapping me up in a warm blanket and giving me permission to rest. To lean into this season of winter and darkness and take care of myself in simple ways.
In my yoga classes, I try to set my intentions based on what I feel is happening in the world. I look to the seasons and the stars and the energy all around as a guide.
These poems give us permission to turn inwards, to take care, to find light in the dark.
Humans, just a reminder that in January the cost of paid subscriptions is going up, so if you are feeling the urge to become a paid subscriber and get access to all the content, you can do so this month to lock in your rate before the price bump.
We are in a season of joy, but also of busyness.
Don’t forget to take the time to care for yourself.
Make that cup of tea. Sit down with these poems. Reflect on the beauty still blooming, even in the winter. Especially in the winter.
Sending love,
Izzy
