Dear humans,
I love writing this newsletter because it reminds me just how quickly time goes by – another month has passed already?? That’s hard to believe. But that’s why it’s important to stop and appreciate the little moments and minutes in a normal life.
For example, right now I’m sitting in my living room, with fresh sourdough cinnamon rolls baking in the oven, and the springtime light drifting in through the window. My life is certainly not always filled with this much domestic dreaminess, but in this moment, it is. I’m glad to be here. And I’m glad you’re here, too.
It’s time again for What I Read in Yoga This Month – a monthly gift for my paid subscribers, where I share the intentions I’ve offered and the corresponding readings from my yoga classes over the past month.
The very first reading relates to what I was talking about above – that all of this is temporary, so let’s appreciate what’s in front of us while we have it.
Look around. What’s beautiful? What’s sacred?
More ideas on that message and four other beautiful messages below.
Sending love,
Izzy

Two notes:
I know it kind of stinks to have a “paid” and “non-paid” offering. I assure you I’m not trying to exclude those who don’t have the means to pay, I simply want to show some gratitude for those that support me in this monetary way. If you don’t have the means, please send me a message and we can work something out. <3
I find many of the readings and authors I love through social media. The following are posts that they’ve made publicly available. Please support these writers and artists by giving them a “follow” online.
