Dear humans,
This morning I woke up in the high mountains and there was a new dusting of snow on the peaks. On the autumnal equinox, it was a sure sign that change is in the air.
Looking out over the forest, painted with streaks of gold, I felt a sense of peace with this changing of the seasons; a distinct difference from how I felt the year before, when the arrival of cold weather sparked feelings of anxiety.
I could sift through my life and ask myself why this year feels different; what’s different. Or, I could simply accept that one season of life is not the same as another. Each has important lessons and messages to impart. Each beautiful, in their own way.
Dear humans, this September I’m delighted to offer a selection of readings that you can share in your yoga classes this month, or simply enjoy on your own. I’ve done my best to offer some suggestions for how you might link these to class themes and intentions, but I’d love to hear your ideas as well!
I hope you had a great weekend, my friends.
Sending love,
Izzy
