Dear humans,
In this five part series for paid subscribers, I’ll share with you my favorite ways to open a yoga class.
This is Part Two: Starting Class Supine. Aka: The many ways to start class by laying on your back.
In every post I’ll provide a video of all the options I like to use in my classes. After showing you options for the opening posture, I’ll give you a few ideas for mini-flows and movements you can take from there. I’ll also provide some guidance on why you might choose to start in a certain place.
