This letter is a monthly gift for my paid subscribers, where I share the intentions I’ve offered and the corresponding readings from my yoga classes over the past month. It’s just one way that I try to show my appreciation for your support. Thank you!

Dear humans,

Well, August is unfurling and somehow the July edition of this newsletter slipped right through my fingers. Regardless, one thing a yoga practice teaches us is that we can always get “back on the mat.”

So here we are, palms open, ready for what’s next. (In less poetic terms, I’m delighted to share this selection of readings and intentions for August.)

Often, a reading can help me better understand what I wish to say, or perhaps how I already feel. The writer can often make something small, universal.

I hope you enjoy this selection.

Sending love,

Izzy
