I love this! Thank you for sharing the poem and your sequence!! I’m not as familiar with Yin Yoga and struggle with the difference between Yin and Restorative. Those are definitely 2 styles I’d like to learn more about. ❤️

For now, the very simple distinction is that in Yin we think about holding our shapes for long periods of time and trying to stay mostly still. Restorative is slow and gentle, but involves more postures and a bit more movement. I’ll dive deeper in the future! Thanks for the idea.
